
Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for returns to be requested within 7 days of receiving your item, specifically for defective products.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on returning your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Information:
Due to hygiene and health reasons, non-faulty items cannot be returned. Please ensure your purchase is made carefully. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind.
However, email us to arrange an exchange if you need to exchange an item for a different size and the packaging remains unopened and in its original condition.
Note that postage costs for returns and reshipments are the customer's responsibility. Order cancellations due to changes of mind are not accepted, but all policies comply with local consumer protection laws.
Damages and Issues:
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.
